How do you unlock the crysis 2 platinum dog tag?

I pre-ordered the limited edition and i entered in the code. but i cant find the platinum dog tag in my dog tag list for multiplayer. please helpHow do you unlock the crysis 2 platinum dog tag?
To clarify because I was confused too, it's not an actual dog tag, it's the border around the dog tag you choose. Look at the bottom and it will say [X] - TOGGLE DOG TAG SURROUND. You press [X] and it changes the border around the dog tag. It's kinda lame especially because it doesn't really look better than the other borders. And btw, each category (Awards, Medals, etc.) has their own border.How do you unlock the crysis 2 platinum dog tag?
On the dog tag menu where you choose your dog tag press x on xbox 360 or square on ps3 to toggle dog tag.

You need the platinum edition of the game. (comes with a backpack)
